Firefox is Netscape beta anyway, so it is not like anything is lost.

It’s interesting that it lasted this long, when you take into consideration the market share they had and the rise of Firefox in last 5 years. As long as we have competitors for IE, I’m happy.

Netstripe, add-on for FF, does not work on Linux machines, but I have Netscape itself on my Linux machine.

Netscape is a deec browser, too. Much better than IE, and as good as Opera. I use it and Konquerer as back-up browsers when FF doesn’t work perfectly.

It’s too bad. I’d recommend that someone take the code, but Firefox is pretty much there anyway.

I’m kind of surprised it lasted as long as it did. Requilose in Pace.
