See? That’s why American bartenders work for tips. Overseas where wages are more regulated, bartenders don’t have to answer to their patrons for crappy drinks and service.

In the US, the more you tip, the more they pour, and often you even get free drinks if you are a regular or tip beforehand.

All those tricks are just to reduce the pour. Seems a bit risky to me. Why reduce the pour when you can just fill expensive alcohol bottles with cheap garbage?

I agree with PHENIX. Plus, I didnt think this scam was as clever as the others I’ve seen in this show. I mean, once you realize there’s not as much alcohol in the drinks you’ll just stop going to that place…

That’s an old trick, nothing surprising about that.

I was more surprised about some clubs that turn on heating (even during summer!) so the customers spend more on drinks. Plus they turn off the water in bathrooms and blame it on some sort of malfunction.

I can’t stop to wonder why people come there. But then again, I also wonder why people wait more then 30 minutes in line to get inside some club.
