How is this an improvement over Kyte? From what I can tell Kyte has much more functionality, has an absolutely killer Facebook app, and is much further down the development path than Seesmic.

thank you so much for this post ! We are working hard with the first 200 seesmers to make a great video conversation site.

Right now the tech team does not even give me invites anymore (who is the boss :-P) to release a new alpha with many bugs killed so stay tuned we will surely send a few more soon and will love to hear your feedback.

I've had the chance to see it in action. Man you won't believe how sweet that flex application can be. It surely has a great interactivity and a wonderful design.

I believe that it will surely mean a new step in the development of web applications.

More – i think that flash itself is a new cross device interaction platform that will become more and more popular.
