You will see soon a &quot;Google/Yahoo/MS/Whoever Apps Retail Edition&quot; where the large corporation can host the online OS&#039;s/Office solutions within their own IT infrastructure. Thereby keeping the data &quot;in-house&quot;.

		<description>Google Apps are good, but, not for anything serious.  I still prefer to use OOo or Excel when I am doing, for example, my budget.  I know Google &quot;does no evil&quot;, but I still don&#039;t trust them.

Now, Google&#039;s spreadsheet app was handy yesterday when I was doing some online research.  I had the lappy open with Google up and then did the research on the desktop.  Had the GF not come over to the computer, I could have just shared the Google Doc with her.
