Hilarious way to prevent birds from crapping into your pool

We all know it, plastic hawks or owls aren’t worth much when it comes to keep birds away from your backyard, and especially from crapping into your spa or pool. Here’s a solution that will keep them away for good. It will probably also work if you need to frighten squirrels, rabbits and prairie dogs out of your garden.

That’s absolutely friggin hilarious! Love it; very entertaining.
VERY funny, I hope no one tells PITA about this.
PETA…….
@Scoot
What? I think you PETA, PITA is a type of bread. Also spraying animals with water is hardly unethical treatment of animals.
yeah, but somebody from PETA will probably find it offensive. they usually do.
pretty hilarious tho.
No, but the force behind the water might be harmful to the animals.
i think he meant pita as in pain in the ass as a pun!
[...] Are Sexy] has posted an instructional video on how to prevent birds from crapping into your pool. I don’t have a pool, but if I did, I’d consider giving this a try. It’s [...]
Very entertaining. I’m sure some of those birds dropped a few deuces when being startled like that. But, I’m sure it put the fear in them so that return visits were far less likely.

hahahah! Hilarious!
This what they call a “scare-crow” These are great..I HAD a problem with a neighbor who rudely walked across my property (along with his dog who lifted his leg on everything? well..imagine his surprise when I hooked this baby up to my garden hose and set the crow in the direction of our common property line…well..as you can guess he was taking a stroll across my yard with his dog and WAM WAM WAM every 8 seconds or so– he and his dog were soaked and I must say I was delighted at the outcome. FYI..it’s wonderful to keep away deer, door-to-door salesmen and anyone who crosses it’s path. You can set the distance, pressure, height, and move it around the yard…I love this thing..
Good to see the birds aren’t actually hurt.
Damn this is funny.
Great stuff.
where can I get one of those?
I Have a problem with cats around my pond.
should work great for them too.
I doubt PETA would have a problem with this. Only thing I can think would be suggesting a bird bath or other alternative for them to use.
i laughed so hard when that part came: “not a pigeon”. i thought for a moment it could detect pigeons.
PETA is a PITA
LOL. That’s Crazy-Awesome
Peta has been caught killing tons of animals they claimed to save! But the film is very cute!
well, they’re coming for the water, so just install a bird bath and you’ll stop most of them right off.
F* idiot, birdbaths aren’t funny.
This shit is hilarious AND effective. I could watch this all day!!
You also can’t forget that the birdbath wouldn’t do jack all. Do you think the majority of birds are going to aim for the tiny little puddle or the giant, abundant supply of water? A birdbath would do next to nothing. This is a great solution. It scares them off without injuring them.
I love it!
It’s funny and effective and doesn’t hurt the birds,
Perfection! :)
[...] business in being, people can get really imaginative. Earlier this year, we posted about a special bird-repulsing system that keeps the little animals from pooping into your pool’s pristine water. Now, the [...]
Even I would think of something so ingenious! More …. I could do better! why you joined it with nachos !??!? would be nice!
SENTRY DOWN
hahaha this is awesome. when i first saw the title and the picture i thought it was a turret or something. i agree with Edchileanwolf7, nachos would make this better. but then again, instead of bird poop in your pool, you would have nachos.
Well, as an animal rights activist (like those PETA people, but not as crazy as you think :P), what I thought when I saw this was “oh great, it’ll be something horrible.”
Then I saw it was just water to keep them away, and I thought it a rather ingenius peaceful solution compared to what many would have done, which is kill the birds (ironically it works better too, killing the birds would just result in new ones coming)
I’m sure there’s better solutions out there (bird bath if it worked?) but overall it’s pretty awesome!
