Which Linux distribution should Lenovo boxes run?
September 12, 2007 by Kiltak |
Lenovo, the fourth biggest computer manufacturer in the world, is making a poll asking YOU, the consumer, which distribution of Linux should run on their systems. If this kind of thing interests you, go ahead and vote.
I’m going to put another poll question up asking which Linux you all would like to see offered. (Though I think I know the answer already). Due to the limitations of our polling plug-in, I think it may disable the previous poll, so if it disappears, that’s what happened.

I voted Debian, even though I’m an Ubuntu user. Ubuntu is based on Debian. If it works with Debian, it works with Ubuntu, and it’ll probably work with everything else, since Debian refuses to give any binary drivers in the default install.
