It should be banned in some certain sites as from my point of view. I'd like to recommend the gov. to install cell phone jammers in some certain public places. And that's been true in every Sam's Club I have been in across the country. So I think they can be used in a business and should be where people pay good money to see a show without someone texting with a bright light shinning in your face!
