I don't know if this sort of thing can actually be done in England by a TV company, or not. In the USA the tv people would face jail, and then private suit. But then, I would have sent the survey dude on his way with no info too. That would give the crooks more time to empty the house. Also, they did not notice that their car was gone when they pulled up. The would have been the FIRST thing that I noticed. And when the woman walked in, it looks like it took her until she got into the second room to realize that everything was gone.
