Introducing the i-Limb: The world’s first bionic hand

July 23, 2007 by Geeks are Sexy | 3 comments

Here’s a short video segment from ABC news presenting the i-Limb: the world’s first bionic hand. What is really amazing about these new kinds of prosthesis is that they are entirely controlled by nerve impulses, just like real hands are. I wouldn’t be surprised if one day, these “bionic hands” become superior to regular ones. Are we on the way of transforming ourselves into cyborgs?
