At first, it seemed that MyBlogLog sent me more traffic, but lately BlogCatalog seems to have picked up steam. They've also added a broadcast feature, but thankfully it goes to a different part of your page than individual messages, and you can turn off just those notifications.

BlogCatalog sends more traffic to my blog than MyBlogLog. BlogCatalog offers a cleaner interface, IMO.

I recently did a three-part series where I compared MyBlogLog, BUMPzee!, and BlogCatalog. You might like to check it out – you can read part one here.

I don't really have a favourite out of the three, except I do like the way community members can ‘bump’ posts on BUMPzee! in exactly the same way Digg works.

While the stats that MBL provides seem to be great, they're highly unreliable.. install multiple stats package on your site and compare them, you'll see what I mean.
