Jajaja, can’t stop laughing. I worked for Tracfone’s (the prepaid cellphone company) Cust. Service and Tech support for about seven months. And I tell you, it is just like that. Except you can’t say “NO” to the customer ever. And you definitely cannot do the “is there somebody else i can talk to there?”. Besides that, i remember TONS of people calling saying “This damn thing ain’t working!” – “Ok sir, please go ahead and press and hold the red key for about three seconds” (right away you could here the cell going on) “Oh my GOD. THERE IT GOES!! You’re a genius!!!”
Way too real. People can be so stupid when they are asking for help.

Brings back memories of working for a school district doing practically all of their tech support for at least 700 PCs, not to mention any networking problems that could crop up.
I think I happen to be one of those people….sometimes.
