Tuesday Morning Fun: Don’t be a Galactic Nuisance

May 8, 2007 by Geeks are Sexy | 2 comments

Late last month, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences screened Star Wars as part of their “Great to Be Nominated” series. Just before starting the show, they played this special clip as a message of warning to members in the audience.

The moral of this story? Next time you go to the movies, don’t forget to turn off your cell phone. Your life may depend on it.

Someone should start a site collecting anti cellphone clips from cinemas. This one is quality!. Ross Noble (British comedian) does a new one for every tour, usually involving monkeys ripping the head off the audience member. Very funny – going to youtube now to find them! lol

That’s funny. I never saw one of these clips at the movies, maybe they’re more popular in the UK.
