Think of a blog, the same way you think about a website that is frequently updated. The approach to marketing and monetizing it are basically the same. What is oftentimes the difference between the two, is how much of your personality you extend to it. Spend some time each week adding value and fresh content and you’ll be fine. After all, most Internet users come to a site, be it a blog or website, for information. You give your visitors what they want and they’ll return. If, you don’t know what your site visitors want, then do a survey and find out. The more you know about your site visitors, the more likely you are to give them what they want.

I think that if you really wanna make a good amount of money from your blog, then my advice is to make loads of blogs, on average make 3blogs/week, then you can be getting enough money i think.
