It all depends on where you’re living.. All countries have their own technical schools, and the price they charge varies greatly. One of the cheapest place in the world to study is in Canada.. 1 year of university here cost around $1500/2500USD
As for the salary… I guess a Junior IT worker would earn around 30K per year, and after 10 years, maybe something around 60 / 75k.. This is only an estimation by the way, the salary you’ll earn will depend on what people like you earn in your country.
