Hi Andy, thanks for the comment!

The main reason I did not migrate the content is mainly because Google penalize sites that are found to copy content, and my guess is that these articles would be considered so.. Since they are the main source of income for the blog, I don’t want to risk having their listing dropped from search engines.

Yes, i commented on it at the previous GAS site and gave a little advice on the Fresh theme here.

Moving to your own domain was a good move and I look forward to seeing GAS grow over time. You’ve been on the blog roll at Geeknews for while, i’ll update to the new url to GAS tonight.

BTW, is there no way to migrate the articles from blogspot into your WP database and then ice-box and lockdown the old site so existing incoming links to the old site aren’t busted yet also provide all new and old content in one place as well?
